These terms cover Tradewinds School’s text message program. Tradewinds School is a Hawai‘i nonprofit corporation at 1041 10th Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816.
Parents and guardians of enrolled students can text Rabbithole, the school’s automated AI assistant, to ask about their child’s learning, pause a child’s BunnyPad, end a pause, or check its status. We reply to the messages you send. We do not use this program for marketing. AI replies can be wrong, so check anything important with your child’s teacher.
School staff ask for your verbal consent and record it. Joining is optional and is not a condition of enrollment or of any school service.
Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You will get one confirmation, then no more messages unless you ask the school to turn the service back on. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@tradewinds.school or 808-515-5868.
Message frequency varies, usually 1 message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery isn’t guaranteed. A BunnyPad that is offline may not respond until it reconnects. School staff may override a pause during the school day or for school needs.
